Registration Agreement

Dear Users:

Welcome to VV Star (hereinafter referred to as "the App" or "we"). Before registering as a user of this App, please read and agree to all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms of this Agreement, please do not register or use the App. Registering or using the App will be deemed as your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Agreement.

You are one party and the other party is Le Ju Network (Hong Kong) Limited or one of its affiliates(“we” or“VV Star” ), a company with itsregistered address at UNIT B32,11/F.,WONG KING IND BUILDING, NO.2 TAI YAU STREET, SAN PO KONG HONG KONG

I. User Registration and Account Management

User Registration

Users must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and ensure the legality of the information. Users are prohibited from using false information or impersonating others for registration.
Users must set an account password during registration and properly safeguard their account and password. Users are responsible for all activities under their account, including but not limited to account theft and password leakage.

Account Management

Users have the right to modify their personal information after registration, but the modified information must remain true and lawful.
If users discover any security risks associated with their account, they should promptly notify us and take appropriate measures.
If users violate this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the use of the user's account without assuming any liability.

Account Cancellation

Users can apply to cancel their account through the channels provided by the App. Once canceled, users will no longer be able to use the services of the App, and all information related to the account will be deleted or anonymized.

II. User Rights and Obligations

User Rights

Users have the right to use all functions and services provided by the App.
Users have the right to demand that we protect their personal information from leakage or misuse.
Users have the right to report any issues or vulnerabilities found in the App and request improvements.

User Obligations

Users must comply with national laws and regulations and must not use the App for any illegal or non-compliant activities.
Users must respect the legitimate rights and interests of others and must not infringe upon others' intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other lawful interests.
Users must adhere to the usage rules and community guidelines of the App and must not post or disseminate any illegal, harmful, false, or inappropriate information.

III. Service Content and Usage Rules

Service Content

The services provided by the App include but are not limited to [specific service content]. We reserve the right to adjust the service content or functionality based on actual circumstances, but we will notify users in advance.
Some services provided by the App may require users to pay fees. The specific charging standards and methods will be based on the explanations within the App.

Usage Rules

Users must comply with this Agreement and other usage rules within the App when using it.
Users must not reverse-engineer, crack, tamper with, or disseminate cracked versions of the App.
Users must not engage in any form of cheating behavior, such as order-padding or comment-padding, through the App.

IV. Intellectual Property

Intellectual Property of the App

All content of the App (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software code, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law, and the ownership belongs to us. Without our written permission, users must not copy, disseminate, modify, or use it for other commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property of User-Generated Content

Any content published by users on the App (such as comments, images, videos, etc.) belongs to the users. However, users grant us a free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, disseminate, and display this content worldwide to provide the services of the App.

V. Disclaimer

Service Interruption

We will endeavor to ensure the normal operation of the App. However, we assume no liability for any service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure, network failures, system maintenance, or other reasons.

User Behavior

Users are responsible for their actions on the App. Any disputes or losses arising from users' violation of this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations will be borne by the users themselves, and we assume no liability.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain services or links provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, security, or legality of third-party services. Users assume the risks when using third-party services.

VI. Agreement Modification and Termination

Agreement Modification

We reserve the right to modify or supplement this Agreement based on actual circumstances and will notify users through the App or email. Users' continued use of the App will be deemed as their agreement to the modified Agreement.

Agreement Termination

Users can terminate this Agreement by canceling their account.
If users violate this Agreement or applicable laws and regulations, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement and suspend or terminate the use of the user's account.

VII. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding the content or execution of this Agreement, both parties shall first attempt to resolve them through friendly consultation. If no agreement is reached through consultation, either party may bring a lawsuit to the competent court where we are located.
